How about starting the year off with an inspiring quote? I don't believe in "resolutions". I make goals for myself all the time. So instead, I heard this today, really liked it, looked it up, and thought I'd share it. :)
Always dream and shoot higher than you know you can do. Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself.
